ClipShark offers the following services:

• Advanced customization options according to your subscription
• Fast delivery of finalized videos
• Technical support and assistance

By using our services, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account and password

Payment terms are as follows:

The number of included revisions depends on your subscription plan. Revisions must be requested within a reasonable time after initial delivery. Major revision requests may incur additional charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ClipShark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, direct or indirect, resulting from your use or inability to use the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, in case of violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
